While the weather forecast will have us around 100 degrees on Sunday, we will not follow the rule of no match at 100 or more.
Desert Desperados WILL have a match, Sunday, September 20.
Setup will be at 7 am and Posse up at 8 am. If we knew what was being proposed for Eldorado, we would probably run the scenarios. Without the actual stage layout, it is impossible to really run the stages in anticipation of Eldorado. Hope to see all of you at Eldorado.
We will use two bays and run 3 stages on each. Help setting up AND tearing down will be appreciated. Our time may be limited in conducting this task.

Cowgirls and cowboys:
Everything has been completed, stages are written, paperwork assembled and we are ready to go.
Two bays, 4 and 5. Three stages on each bay.
There is one stage from the California State match. It should be enjoyable. If there are any objections, please put them in the round file next to the unloading table.
We will have two long tables for loading which should accommodate three shooters. Please limit the number of loaders to three.
Set up at 7. Shooting at 8.
PLEASE BEING YOUR OWN WATER OR OTHER REFRESHING DRINK. (Not yelling just want to make sure this is seen). Save the Jack for after the match. Community bottles opens a door that will stay closed for now.
We will observe social distancing. Obviously, if a shooter is wearing a mask, the TO needs to wear one also. In May, no one was wearing a mask. If you have a desire to wear one, please so. Since we are outside, the risks should be reduced. Everyone’s comfort and protection is key.
Since we haven’t had a lot of opportunity to shoot and Eldorado is around the corner, this will be a great opportunity to remind yourself which end of the gun to hold and which end you don’t look down. Better yet, it might help you regain your sight picture.
